Ingredlabs is an AI-guided tool that suggests supplement ingredients based on the health context you describe. It is here to inform you, not to diagnose or treat you, and it does not replace a doctor.

Nothing on Ingredlabs should be interpreted as medical advice. Supplement recommendations generated by Ingrid are based on general evidence and the information you provide; they are not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Using the service honestly
You must be 18 or older to use Ingredlabs. Ingrid can only help if the health details you share are accurate, so please keep them truthful. Beyond that, we simply ask that you use the service lawfully and do not try to copy, scrape, or abuse it.
